You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

3. Course access and licenses

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access course content for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to any stated access windows per module.

4. Payments and refunds

Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Unless otherwise specified, module purchases are refundable within 7 days if less than 20% of content has been accessed. Some modules with live critique may be non-refundable once a session is scheduled.

5. User conduct

You agree not to misuse the services, including sharing login credentials, copying content without authorization, or interfering with site operations.

6. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and materials are owned by Flatroad Atelier or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute course materials without permission.

7. Disclaimers

Courses are provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific artistic outcomes. Your progress depends on your practice and adherence to instruction.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flatroad Atelier will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms. You may stop using the services at any time.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

11. Changes to terms

We may modify these terms. Changes take effect when posted. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
